Frequently asked questions
What does a typical day look like?
Each day starts with structured training and team check ins so everyone knows the goal. From there, you work alongside your team at promotional marketing events, engaging with the public and representing our nonprofit partners. You will receive real time coaching, feedback, and support throughout the day.
Is this an office job?
No. This role is people facing and event based. You will be working at retail locations, community events, and outdoor activations. If you enjoy being on your feet, interacting with different personalities, and working in real world environments instead of behind a desk, this role is for you.
Will I receive training even if I have no experience?
Yes. Training is a major focus here. We provide hands on coaching, daily development sessions, and one on one feedback to help you build communication, leadership, and professional skills. Many of our team members started with no experience and developed into leadership roles.
What kind of people thrive here?
We look for people who are competitive, coachable, and comfortable talking to others. If you enjoy learning new skills, being part of a team, and pushing yourself outside your comfort zone, you will fit in well here. You do not need prior marketing experience. We care more about work ethic, attitude, and willingness to grow.
Is this a sales job?
This role involves communication and influence, but it is not a traditional sales job. Our team members represent nonprofit organizations through in person outreach by educating the public, raising awareness, and inviting support for meaningful causes.
There are structured talking points and clear goals, but conversations are focused on connection, clarity, and professionalism rather than high pressure selling. Success in this role comes from strong communication, consistency, and the ability to represent a mission with integrity.
If you enjoy talking to people, explaining ideas clearly, and working toward goals while making a positive impact, this role can be a strong fit.
